Surgery

• We perform a full range of surgical procedures. If your pet should need surgery then all food & water needs to be stopped from midnight on the day before surgery. We schedule surgeries on the morning and your pet will be ready for collection between 4pm & 7pm.This allows plenty of time for your pet to recover from the anesthetic. Once back home it is advisable to keep your pet indoors and to offer only water until the next morning.

Anaesthetic:

• All surgery is done under gaseous anesthetic and is monitored constantly to minimize the risks. Gaseous anesthetic allows us to reverse the anesthetic immediately and to respirate the animal artificially if needed.
